The Sudanese Trademark Registrar’s Office “TMRO” after nearly a year of closure, has resumed work.

Work without data

The TMRO moved its location from Khartoum State to Red Sea State, Port Sudan City. A Driving distance of 825 kilometers (513 miles). The records of the TMRO in Khartoum are not yet recovered. The TMRO is currently working without data and prioritizes new applications. Continuation of processes and existing applications are not prioritized and will be studied case to case basis at a later stage.
